Protecting your posture from the effects of gravity needs to be a priority. Sitting in traffic, sitting at a computer and sitting in school desks all force the spine into head forward posture and flatten the normal lumbar and cervical curves. These spinal curves are present to protect the spinal cord and when they are compromised the result is a decrease in whole body function (subluxation).
