Full Body Certified in ART/Active Release Technique

This weekend I completed the rigorous testing to become full body certified in ART/ active release technique. It is a soft tissue specialty designed to free nerve entrapments caused by soft tissue adhesions. An example is when the muscles in your forearm and wrist have done the same motion like mouse/computer work for too long and you develop sore wrists, elbows, hand numbness and other carpal tunnel type symptoms.
